We're Fifth Avenue Orchestras & Entertainment. We'd like to help make your child's Mitzvah celebration everything which you and your family envision it to be.

First impressions last a long time for adults and for children. That's why we'd like to help you establish a feeling of simcha and frailach from the very first moment your guests arrive at your cocktail reception.

We'd like to help you create a musical environment limited only by your imagination.

For your adult guests, if you'd like to underscore the elegance of the moment - maybe a small, classic jazz ensemble or an elegant chamber ensemble would do the trick. Or..... maybe you'd like the Old World flavor of an authentic Klesmer trio, looking as if they and their accordion, clarinet and violin just stepped off the stage of "Fiddler On The Roof."

On the other hand... maybe you'd like the exotic flavor of a small reggae ensemble or a colorful South American steel drum band reminiscent of your last trip to Cancun; or how about five a'cappella doo-wop singers performing Motown's greatest hits and that special song from your Senior Prom? The possiblities are limited only by your imagination.

And for the kids... let's get Partying... NOW!!

In another section of the cocktail area, how about two handsome, energetic young deejays who've performed for MTV - accompanied by a quartet of attractive, interactive dancers who've performed in dozens of music videos?

This exciting team will be greeting your child's guests as they arrive, playing their favorite contemporary hits and teaching them the latest dance moves - in anticipation of an incredible night of dancing and partying!

And just for the fun of it... maybe the young adults would like to create souvenirs of this special event by having their hands dipped in wax... or by watching a master Oriental sculptor create works of art out of hot candy... or by having a caricature of themselves drawn on a tee-shirt...or by creating a custom mouse pad for themselves with a picture of their faces distorted to like their favorite comic book characters...

Fifth Avenue offers a multi-tiered presentation which is guaranteed to please everyone - both you, your friends and family AND your children and their friends:

1) An incredible live band consisting of singers and musicians who've worked in the recording and television industries alongside stars like Eric Clapton, Toni Braxton, James Brown, The Temptations, Rod Stewart, Joe Cocker, Babyface, Bryan Setzer and Tina Turner.

and

2) A young, livewire deejay and emcee team playing today's hottest hits.

and

3) An ensemble of young, well-dressed, attractive guest-interactive dancers who will help you and your guests to have the time of your lives.

Planning ahead of time

We are extremely detail-oriented. Great Bar/Bat Mitzvah parties don't happen by accident. Yours and your family's input is very important to us.

Approximately one month prior to the event, we will get together either in-person or by conference call to work out a full itinerary for the entire reception. All issues, from Grand Entrance through formal dances, Candlighting Ceremony, timing of food service, favorite music... will all be discussed and scheduled. We'll discuss theme, novelties, prizes for games and presentation. Unless you are utilizing the services of a qualified Party Planner, we'll generate a full timeline, which we will fax to your venue, photographer and video company in order to make your party run more smoothly.

Organization, communication and preparation are everything to a successful event.
